Vendor Management & Procurement – Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle vendor management and procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and act as the primary point of contact
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations
  • Track orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, agreements, and vendor performance

Required Skills:
