UPS Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an Online UPS system with batteries to ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical operations.
The proposed UPS system should provide reliable power backup, voltage regulation, and protection against power fluctuations, outages, and surges. The system must be suitable for continuous operation and capable of supporting essential IT and office equipment.
The UPS should be of high efficiency and include sufficient battery backup to meet the required runtime. Vendors must specify battery type, capacity, backup duration, and charging time. The system should also include features such as overload protection, automatic bypass, and monitoring capabilities.
The scope of work includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the UPS system along with all required accessories and cabling. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical specifications, warranty terms, maintenance support, and after-sales services.
Preference will be given to vendors offering high-quality equipment, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and reliable service support.
