Supply of Desktop Computers
We invite qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals for the supply of high-performance desktop computers. The required systems should be suitable for professional and organizational use, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
The desktop computers must meet modern hardware standards, including but not limited to the latest generation processors, adequate RAM, high-speed storage solutions (SSD preferred), and essential peripherals. All units should be pre-installed with licensed operating systems and necessary drivers.
Vendors are expected to provide products that ensure optimal performance for day-to-day operations such as office productivity, data processing, and multitasking. Preference will be given to suppliers offering warranty support, after-sales service, and timely delivery.
The scope of supply includes delivery, installation (if required), and initial configuration of the systems. Vendors should clearly specify technical specifications, brand details, warranty terms, and pricing in their proposals.
