Software License Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and authorized vendors for the supply of multiple software licenses required to support organizational operations and enhance productivity.
The scope includes procurement of genuine and up-to-date software licenses such as operating systems, office productivity suites, security/antivirus solutions, and other essential business applications. All licenses must be compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Vendors are expected to provide detailed information on license types (single-user, multi-user, volume, or enterprise), validity period, renewal terms, upgrade options, and support services. The solutions should be scalable and compatible with the existing IT infrastructure.
The scope of work includes supply, installation/activation (if required), and configuration of the software licenses. Vendors must also ensure proper documentation, license keys, and guidance for usage.
Preference will be given to vendors offering competitive pricing, genuine software, flexible licensing options, timely delivery, and reliable after-sales support.
