Software Accessories Tender

The scope includes the supply of licensed software products such as operating systems, productivity tools, antivirus solutions, and other essential utilities. All software must be genuine, up-to-date, and compliant with licensing regulations.
Vendors are expected to provide complete details including software specifications, license types (single-user, multi-user, or enterprise), validity period, upgrade options, and support services. Preference will be given to solutions that offer scalability, security, and ease of integration with existing systems.
The scope of work includes supply, installation (if required), activation, and basic configuration of the software. Vendors should also provide warranty/support details, including updates and technical assistance.
Preference will be given to vendors offering competitive pricing, reliable products, timely delivery, and strong after-sales support.
