Server Rack Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the supply, installation, and configuration of server racks along with structured cabling to support the organization’s IT infrastructure.
The proposed solution should include high-quality server racks suitable for housing network and server equipment, with proper ventilation, cable management, and security features. The racks must comply with industry standards and be designed for durability and ease of maintenance.
The scope of work includes supply of racks, installation, internal cabling, cable management, labeling, and proper organization of network and power connections. Vendors are expected to ensure neat and efficient layout with minimal disruption during installation.
All components, including racks, patch panels, power distribution units (PDUs), and accessories, must be of high quality and compatible with existing infrastructure. Proper testing, documentation, and handover should be provided upon completion.
Vendors must submit detailed specifications, rack size (e.g., 42U), materials, warranty terms, and after-sales support details.
Preference will be given to vendors offering reliable products, professional installation, competitive pricing, and strong technical support.
