Server Supply Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the supply of rack-mounted servers with RAID storage to support the organization’s IT infrastructure and data processing requirements.
The proposed servers should be enterprise-grade, offering high performance, reliability, and scalability. They must be equipped with modern multi-core processors, adequate memory, and RAID-enabled storage configurations to ensure data redundancy, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
The storage setup should support appropriate RAID levels (such as RAID 1, 5, or 10) based on requirements, ensuring data protection and efficient read/write operations. Servers should also include features such as remote management, redundancy (power supplies, fans), and compatibility with existing systems.
The scope of work includes supply, installation, configuration, and testing of the servers. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical specifications, including processor type, RAM capacity, storage configuration, RAID controller details, and expansion capabilities.
All equipment must be covered under warranty, with provisions for after-sales support and maintenance services. Vendors should also include delivery timelines, pricing, and optional support packages.
Preference will be given to vendors offering reliable hardware, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and strong technical support.
