Printer Supply Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and authorized vendors for the supply of laser printers and compatible cartridges to support organizational printing requirements.
The printers should be of high quality, offering fast printing speeds, efficient performance, and reliable output suitable for office environments. Both monochrome and color laser printers may be considered, depending on requirements. The devices should support essential features such as network connectivity, duplex printing, and energy-efficient operation.
The scope of work includes supply, delivery, and, if required, installation and basic configuration of the printers. Vendors are also expected to supply original or high-quality compatible cartridges with clear details on page yield and cost efficiency.
All products must be covered under standard warranty, and vendors should provide after-sales support and maintenance services. Detailed specifications, brand information, pricing, and delivery timelines should be included in the proposal.
Preference will be given to vendors offering durable products, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and reliable support services.
