We invite proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the design and development of a mobile application, supporting both hybrid and/or native platforms (Android and iOS). The objective is to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solution aligned with organizational needs.
The proposed application should feature an intuitive UI/UX, smooth performance, and compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes. It should support essential functionalities such as user authentication, data management, API integration, push notifications, and real-time updates where required.
Vendors may propose development using hybrid frameworks (such as Flutter or React Native) or native technologies (Android/iOS), depending on the project requirements. The solution must ensure high performance, security, and maintainability.
The scope of work includes UI/UX design, application development, testing, deployment on app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), and post-launch support. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical proposals, development approach, timelines, and maintenance plans.
Preference will be given to vendors offering innovative solutions, strong technical expertise, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and reliable after-sales support.
