HRMS Tender

We invite proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the implementation of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to manage and streamline all employee-related operations within the organization.

The proposed HRMS should cover key functionalities such as employee information management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and reporting. The system must provide centralized data access, automation of HR processes, and real-time insights for better decision-making.

The solution should be user-friendly, secure, and scalable, with role-based access control and compliance with relevant labor regulations. Integration capabilities with existing systems (such as biometric devices, accounting software, or ERP systems) are essential.

The scope of work includes requirement analysis, system configuration/customization, data migration, training, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical specifications, module-wise features, implementation timelines, and maintenance plans.

Preference will be given to vendors offering comprehensive and customizable solutions, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and strong after-sales support.
