We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
  • Create and publish job postings on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
