Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Create and publish job postings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding formalities
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
