Frontend Team Lead – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead to drive the development of modern, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will lead the frontend team and build reusable UI components while ensuring high performance and consistency across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the frontend development team
• Design and develop reusable, scalable UI components
• Ensure consistency in design systems and coding standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams for seamless integration
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality development practices
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and improve development workflows

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based architecture
• Experience in building responsive and high-performance applications
• Knowledge of state management and frontend architecture
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and UI libraries
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD processes
