We are looking for a proactive and organized candidate to support sales activities and manage follow-ups, ensuring smooth coordination and improved conversion of leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and documentation
- Support in lead generation and client communication
- Track sales activities and ensure timely closure of opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
- Good organizational and time management skills
