We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records
- Record journal entries, invoices, and expenses accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist in GST filings and compliance activities
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Support in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Understanding of GST and financial compliance
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle routine financial tasks efficiently
